Santa Hat Protein Cookies

For the Cookies:

• 1 mashed banana
• ¼ cup Greek yogurt
• 1 egg
• 1 cup oats
• 1 cup protein powder
• 2 scoops MegaPlants Cacao Magic
  

For the Chocolate Frosting:

• ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
• 1 scoop MegaPlants Cacao Magic
  

For the Santa Hats:

• Fresh strawberries, rinsed and tails cut off
• Mini marshmallows (cut in half)

• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
• In a bowl, mash the banana and mix with Greek yogurt and egg.
• Add oats, protein powder, and @mega.plants Cacao Magic. Stir until combined.
• Scoop the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
• Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
• In a small bowl, mix vanilla Greek yogurt with MegaPlants Cacao Magic to create the frosting.
• Once cookies are cooled, spread the frosting on top.
• Prepare strawberries by cutting off their tails and placing a half marshmallow on top of each.
• Place the strawberry “Santa hats” on top of the frosted cookies.
