Ingredients:

For the Chocolate Mousse:

1 cup heavy cream, chilled
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz dark chocolate, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons MegaPlants Cacao Magic
For the Strawberry Layer:

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Matcha Mousse:

1 cup heavy cream, chilled
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons MegaPlants Matcha Magic
Decoration:

Fresh strawberries (optional)
Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions:

For the Chocolate Mousse:

In a large bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler or in short bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
Stir MegaPlants Cacao Magic powder into the melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until just combined. Do not overmix.
For the Strawberry Layer:

In a blender or food processor, puree the strawberries, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
Strain the puree through a fine sieve to remove any seeds.
For the Matcha Mousse:

Repeat the same steps as the chocolate mousse, using chilled heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and MegaPlants Matcha Magic powder.
Assembly:

Divide the chocolate mousse evenly among clear serving glasses.
Gently top each glass with a layer of strawberry puree.
Add the matcha mousse on top, filling the glasses almost to the rim.
Refrigerate the mousse cups for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow them to set completely.
Decoration:

Garnish with fresh strawberries or a dusting of powdered sugar before serving (optional).
Tips:

If your strawberries are very juicy, you can add a bit of cornstarch to the puree to thicken it further.
For a sweeter mousse, adjust the amount of sugar to your preference.
You can use a piping bag for a cleaner and more professional presentation when filling the glasses.
Get creative with decorations! Use sliced strawberries, chocolate shavings, or even edible flowers for an extra touch.
