Ingredients:

For the cupcakes:

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons MegaPlants Matcha Magic
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons MegaPlants Matcha Magic
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

For the cupcakes:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, MegaPlants Matcha Magic, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Alternately add the dry ingredients and buttermilk to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Divide batter evenly among prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
